欧洲服务产业标准化的新动向

摘    要:欧洲的服务标准化理论与实践一直处于全球领先地位,但他们从未满足于现状.2000年以来,欧盟委员会颁布了多项服务标准化相关的指令,有效地组织与领导服务产业标准化工作的开展;欧洲标准化委员会等积极回应指令,采取设立专门技术委员会、编写并出版服务标准化文件、进一步细分服务标准等举措,为欧洲服务产业全面推行标准化与提升竞争力创造了良好的外部环境.欧洲服务产业标准化活动对我国服务标准化体系的建设具有重要借鉴意义.

The New Tendency of the Standardized Service Industry in Europe

Abstract:Europe,which has been taking a leading place in terms of service standardization theory and practice around the world,is not yet satisfied with the current situation.The European Commission has issued quite a few mandates in regard to service standardization,effectively organized and directed service industry standardization,ever since 2000.CEN awaits active echos,takes measures such as establishing committees for specialized techniques,compiles and publishes documents concerning service standardization,and subdivides service standards,and creates favorable environment on the purpose of accomplishing comprehensive standardization and sharpening its competitive edge of Europe service industry.The standardization activities of Europe service industry are rendered highly valuable for the construction of China service standardization system.
