锂电正极材料的生命周期评价

摘    要:在生命周期评价的基础上,本文通过对锂电正极材料五个阶段对环境的影响进行评估,提出了锂电正极材料LCA计算方法,并用该方法分析比较了磷酸铁锂和锰酸锂两种正极材料对环境的影响。结果表明:锰酸锂相对于磷酸铁锂具有更大的环境效益。该结果为市场以及锂电正极材料生产厂商选择动力电池用正极材料提供一定的参考。

Life Cycle Assessment of Cathodes Materials of Lithium Ion Battery

Abstract:Based on life cycle assessment,the five stages of the whole life cycle of cathodes materials of lithium ion battery were analyzed,and the environmental effect was calculated and assessed,an LCA calculation method of cathodes materials of lithium ion battery was proposed,which was applied to lithium iron phosphate and lithium manganese oxides for environmental impact comparison.The results showed that lithium manganese oxides had a greater environmental benefits than lithium iron phosphate.The results showed it had certain reference for choosing cathodes materials for traction battery market and the producers of cathodes materials of lithium ion battery.
