摘    要:以十八胺作为成孔剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了多孔TiO2薄膜,研究了薄膜的性能和光催化降解甲基橙的活性。所制备的材料为锐钛矿TiO2薄膜,其晶粒尺寸随ODA添加量的增加而变大。随ODA添加量的增加,薄膜表面出现多孔结构,薄膜的透射率下降,且吸收边界向长波方向偏移。ODA添加量为2.0g时,薄膜具有最佳光催化活性。当光催化反应时间为240 min时,薄膜对甲基橙的降解率达到96.2%。经过多次重复使用,薄膜仍有较高的光催化活性。

Abstract:TiO2 film was prepared by sol-gel method using octadecylamine(ODA) as pore-forming reagent.Properties and photocatalytic activity on methyl orange degradation of the films were investigated.The prepared material was anatase TiO2 film,whose crystallite size grew up with increasing ODA amount.With increasing addition of ODA,porous structure appeared on the films,accompanied with decrease of transmittance of the films and adsorption edge shifting to long wavelength region.When ODA addition amount was 2.0 g,the film possessed the optimal photocatalytic activity.After 240 min of irradiation,methyl orange degradation rate reached 96.2%.After several times of reuse,the film still had high photocatalytic activity.
