3PL企业物流金融风险防控策略研究

近年来,物流金融在国内发展迅速,成为物流企业与金融行业共同关注的焦点领域。尽管物流金融可带来可观的效益,但在开展物流金融业务时也同样面临诸多的风险。为此,需要我们谨慎地评估物流金融风险,并采取科学的风险防控策略加以应对。文章从物流金融的概念出发,分析了当前几种主要的物流金融模式,并从第三方物流企业的角度,识别出其面临的七类风险,并针对各类风险提出了相应的风险防控策略。

Logistics Financial Risk Prevention and Control Strategy of Third Party Logistics Enterprises

In recent years,logistics finance businesses have developed rapidly in China,becoming the common focus area of the logistics enterprises and the financial industry.Although the logistics can bring substantial financial benefits,but the logistics enterprises are also faced with many risks in the development of logistics finance service.This requires the enterprises to carefully assess the logistics financial risks,and take science-based risk prevention and control strategies to address it.In this paper,the concept of logistics finance is explained firstly,and then several current major modes of logistics finance are analyzed.Next,from the perspective of third-party logistics companies,this paper identifies seven types of risks faced by the 3PL enterprises.Finally,corresponding prevention and control strategies for the seven types of risk are put forward.
