中国城市化的约束

THE CONSTRAINS OF THE URBANIZATION PROCESS IN CHINA

The constrains for the development of urbanization in China are discussed and conflicts appeared in the reform of these factors as well as internal laws analyzed. The direction for solutions are provided for instance in the areas of urban registration system, land resources control and urbanization process which still worrying the society. An approach of modern economics growth and division of labor can help relax the conflicts in urbanization. The pressing for the time being is to establish a new theory explaining the conflicts. It is emphasized that the conflicts in population (household registration), resources (land ownership system) and urbanization has become a serious problem.
