铅锑合金真空蒸馏分离(2)

摘    要:本研究采用真空蒸馏的方法将铅锑合金分离,根据大厂矿务局提供的铅锑合金原料进行了一级真空蒸馏小型试验,扩大间断多级真空蒸馏和连续多级真空蒸馏试验.试验结果表明采用真空蒸馏分离铅锑的工艺是可行的,可一次得到产品锑,试验肯定了铅锑分离所需炉型,要求的材质及作业的技术条件.为工业试验提供了依据.

Abstract:The separation of Pb-sb alloy by racuum distillation was investigated.By uoing the Pb-Sb alloy from Da Chang Burean of Mines as starting material.one-stage vacuum distillation test on a small scale,batch multiple-stage expanding test, and continuous multiple-stage expanding test,and continuous multiple-stage expanding test were carried out successively. The test results show that separation of antimony from lead by vacuum distillation is feasible,and metal antimony can be produced directly. The furnace type for separation of lead and antimony,the furnace-building materials and operating conditions have been determined in these tests. This investigation provides the basis for pilot-plant test.
