摘    要:3-羟基丙酸(3-HP)是一种富有潜力的重要化工原料,如可用于合成可生物降解的热塑性聚酯和1,3-丙二醇。介绍了化学法和生物发酵法生产3-羟基丙酸的研究进展。通过比较两种工艺的优缺点,认为化学合成法更具竞争力,更有发展前景。

Abstract:3-hydroxypropionic acid(3-HP) is a potential valuable chemical,for example,can be used to synthesize biodegradable thermoplastic resin and 1,3-propanediol.The research progresses in the production methods of 3-HP,including the chemical and microbial fermentation routes,were introduced.Through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two production methods,the chemical synthetic route was considered to be more competitive and have a brighter future than the microbial fermentation route.
