草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇Cu/SiO_2催化剂失活机理的研究

摘    要:通过快速老化实验研究了草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇Cu/SiO2催化剂的失活。采用XRD、低温N2吸附、TEM及TG对失活前后催化剂进行了表征,发现催化剂失活原因为热烧结、积炭及活性组分铜的价态变化。还研究了各种失活原因之间的内在联系,并提出了较为合理的失活机理。

Abstract:The deactivation mechanism of Cu/SiO2 catalysts for hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate(DMO) was investigated by a well-designed rapid aging treatment experiment.The structure and texture of working and deactivated catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2-physisorption,TEM,and TG.Based on the characterization results,the deactivation was attributed to a number of factors like sintering,carbonaceous deposits,and valence transition of copper species.The intrinsic relations between catalysts deactivation and sintering,carbonaceous deposits,and valence transition were discussed,and a deactivation mechanism of Cu/SiO2 catalysts was proposed.
