中坝气田高含硫雷三段气藏气井修井之对策

摘    要:四川盆地川西地区中坝气田是我国最早投入开发的高含硫气田,气井安全开采近30年,目前中三叠统雷口坡组雷三段气藏采出程度达88.1%,地层压力系数已降至0.169,处于气田开采后期,部分气井相继出现生产不正常或停产。为有效开采该气藏剩余储量,从气藏高含硫、低压及管柱腐蚀等特点入手,分析了修井技术难点,提出了压井、打捞、防硫安全、再次完井、复产等施工作业阶段的针对性措施,并结合典型井例探讨总结了修井施工经验教训。所形成的高含硫低压井修井关键阶段的技术对策,对其他类似含硫气藏的修井工艺和施工具有很好的借鉴作用。

Abstract:The Zhongba Gas Field in west Sichuan Basin is one of the earliest high sulfur gas fields put into production in China. After safe production over the past 3 decades, the recovery degree of the gas reservoir in the 3rd member of the Middle Triassic Leikoupo Formation has been up to 88.1%, the formation pressure coefficient has reduced to 0.169, the field has come to the late stage of development, and subsequent abnormal production or little production appeared in some gas wells. This paper aims to help exploit the residual reserves of this reservoir more efficiently. At first, the technical difficulties are analyzed in the workover of those wells with little or abnormal production from the aspects of specific characteristics such as high sulfur content, low pressure and corrosion of string and tubing. Then, the corresponding countermeasures are presented for operation including well killing, fishing, anti sulfur safety protection, recompletion job, production restoration, etc. In combination with some cases history, this paper discusses and summarizes the lessons and experiences from the workover work in typical wells. The presented technical countermeasures will provide reference for a better workover service of gas wells in other similar high sulfur gas reservoirs.
