煤气化高温热水器防冲挡板技术改造

摘    要:对多元料浆气化灰水处理系统气化高温热水器及高温热水器内防冲挡板多次冲刷损坏的原因进行初步分析,提出相应的防治方案。通过对气化高温热水器防冲挡板的技术改造,其易冲刷损坏得到有效的抑制,并针对此次改造的结果进行总结。

Abstract:The causes of repeated damage of the high temperature water heater and its anti-scouring baffles in the ash water treatment system of Multi-Component Slurry Gasification(MCSG) were analyzed,and some measures were put forward to solve the problem.After revamping the anti-scouring baffles,the damage easily caused by scouring was suppressed effectively,and the revamping results were presented.
