基于网络的智能电机远程监控与诊断系统设计

摘    要:介绍一个基于网络的智能电机远程监控与诊断系统,简述系统的总体设计及结构、硬件组成,详述PLC控制程序的设计过程和具体实现。整个系统实现对智能电机的远程监控和诊断,适用于各类机电设备组成的设备群,此系统的应用将给工业产品生产的自动化带来创新的桥梁,给应用者带来巨大的经济效益。在实现工业产品的智能化、数字化、网络化、自动化程度方面有着重要的意义。

Abstract:Introduces an intelligent motor remote monitoring and diagnosis system based on Web,it narrates the design,architecture and hardware components of the system,and describes the detailed design process and specific implementation of PLC control program.This system realizes the intelligent motor remote monitoring and diagnostics,and can apply to all types of equipment groups.The application of this system will build innovative bridge for automation of industrial product,bring huge economic benefits to the users,and play an important role in realization of intelligent,digital,network and automatic industrial product.
