连续输冰条件下片冰融解过程的实验研究

摘    要:对连续输冰条件下片冰在融冰池中的融解过程进行了实验研究.结果表明,融冰池内冰层高度和片冰的几何大小对出水温度值的影响最大.当冰层高度在400-1000mm时,冰层高度每升高100mm,出水温度下降1.3℃左右;当冰层高度h=800mm时,片冰厚度为2mm,平均直径为15mm时,融冰池的出水温度最低为0.8℃,进水流量每增加100L/h,出水温度约上升0.7℃.

Abstract:The results, which come from the experimental investigation on the process of slice ice thawing in the pool of ice thawing under the condition of continuous transportation ice, indicate that the temperature of outlet water is greatly influenced by the height of ice layer and its geometrical size. When the height of ice layer ranges front 400 mm to 1000 ram, the height of ice layer will be 100 mm higher, and the temperature of outlet water will descend about 1.3 ℃. When the height of ice layer reaches 800 mm, the slice ice's thickness 2 mm and the average diameter 15 mm,the lowest temperature of outlet water will be 0.8 ℃. The temperature of outlet water raises about 0.7℃ when the inlet flow rates enhance 100 L/h.
