摘    要:通过对弧门和启闭机在联动过程中闸门开度和启闭机行程的变化规律的分析,推导出弧形闸门开度与启闭机行程变化的函数关系。采用编码器测量出启闭机的行程后,可利用该函数准确转换为对应的实际开度值,从而提高弧形闸门开度的测控精度,它适用于所有采用摇摆式启闭机(液压启闭机、螺杆启闭机等)操作弧形闸门的场合。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the relationship of headstock gear travel and opening of the arc gate during operation,their function relationship is derived.After the travel of headstock gear is measured by means of a encoder,the actual opening can be obtained by this relationship.This increases the measurement accuracy of the gate opening.And it can be applied to any cases where the gate is actuated by swing type headstock gear.
