摘    要:机载雷达目标动态RCS测量可以克服地面雷达动态测量方法无法获得目标下视角上RCS的不足,而测量区域的选择是研究该方法前首先应考虑的问题.推导了机载条件下信杂噪比对RCS测量误差影响的关系式;在讨论了地杂波的影响因素基础上,建立了机载雷达低脉冲重复频率工作时雷达回波信号的数学模型;最后仿真分析了地杂波的时域特性和不同测量区域内的信杂噪比随探测距离变化情况.仿真分析表明无杂波区是机载雷达低脉冲重复频率工作模式下对动态目标进行RCS测量的最佳区域.

Abstract:Airborne radar dynamic measurement method can solve the problem that it is unable to obtain target RCS via ground-based radar dynamic measurement method when radar looks down.But the choice of measurement region is the key before using airborne radar.The expressions of SCNR for airborne radar dynamic RCS measurement is derived;by analyzing the factors which affect the ground clutter,the echo mathematic model is presented when the radar works under LPRF.Finally,the time dominion characteristic of echo and SCNR versus distance are simulated and analyzed.The result indicates that clutter-free region is the best one for airborne radar dynamic RCS measurement using LPRF mode.
