摘    要:(上接第 4期第 5页 )4 应当重点做好的工作实现“无人值班”(少人值守 )工作重点要抓好 3件事 ,即设备、管理制度和人员素质。4.1 关于设备在争取通过“无人值班”(少人值守 )验收的过程中 ,不少电厂都进行了设备改造 ,涉及主机、机组的辅助设备和计算机监控系统 ,分述如下。4.1 .1 主设备改造从通过验收的情况来看 ,电厂主设备一般都能达到安全稳定运行的要求。发电机方面问题较少 ,一些老机组定子线棒绝缘老化 ,将其更换就行了 ,其绝缘水平由 B级提高为 F级。而新发电机组从目前的制造水平来说 ,不论容量大小 ,都很少出问题。发电机的…

Abstract:Unmanned on duty" hydropower plants have developed for 8 years in China, and great achievements have been made during these years. 28 hydropower plants have passed the checkup executed by the former State Power Industry Ministry of China and the State Power Corporation of China. The progresses in management and techniques have promoted the operation efficiency of hydropower plants, and the entire management has been greatly improved. In this paper, the implementation, achievements and experiences in "unmanned on duty" hydropower plants in China are reviewed. Aimed at existing problems, some suggestions are proposed for future work. The development trend of hydropower plants in China is pointed out, and the prospects of reaching the international level are outlined.
