摘    要:以PTA、1,3-PDO为原料,在小试合成研究的基础上,采用Ti/Sb/Co/P复合催化体系进行了300L釜规模的PTT熔融聚合研究,并研究了PTT产品的物理机械性能。研究结果表明:利用传统的PET间歇生产装置合成PTT,熔融聚合得到的PTT聚酯黏度随间歇釜体积增大而下降,PTT预聚体切片可以通过固相增黏的方法提高相对分子质量,固相增黏速率随预聚体黏度增加而增加;300L釜熔融聚合再经固相增黏的PTT物理机械性能基本达到了S-PTT水平。

Abstract:Based on the synthetic research, using PTA, 1,3-PDO as raw materials, 300L PTT melt polymerization with Ti/Sb/Co/P composite catalyst system was carried out. The mechanical property of PTT product was investigated. The research result showed that the viscosity of PTT by batch polymerization was decreased with volume of polymerizer increasing. The molecular weight of PTT pre-polymer was increased by solid-state polycondensation. The rate of solid-state polycondensation was increased with viscosity of PTT pre-polymer increasing.
