| 摘 要： | 根据烧碱生产中的实际情况,分析了自动控制过程:一次盐水进V110贮槽流量控制、过滤盐水流量的控制、进槽阴极液温度的控制、阴极液浓度调节等的不足之处,并分别给出了改进建议,以达到既稳定生产又能节省资金的目的.

| Abstract: | The deficiencies of the automatic control systems are analyzed according to the practical status in caustic soda production.These systems include flow control of primary brine feeding to V110 tank,flow control of filtered brine,temprature control of cathode liquid feeding to electrolyzer and concentrating adjustment of cathode liquid.The recommendation is proposed to revise the control systems so that the purposes of safeguarding production and saving capital can be reached. |
