摘    要:针对汽车碰撞中乘员的安全性,对碰撞的主要吸能件———汽车前纵梁的变形方式和特点进行了研究。以小红旗轿车纵梁前部的薄壁直梁为例,进行了建模和仿真,并与采用改进措施后的结果进行了对比。结果表明:模拟结果与实验结果相符,从而可以用来指导汽车的抗撞安全性优化设计。

Abstract:For the passenger safety in the vehicle collision, the deformation and energy-absorption characteristics of the front fender rail as the main energy-absorbing component in the vehicle collision were investigated. Taking the thin-wall fornt rail in the Hongqi car as an example, its modeling was performed and the deformations of the original component and the improved one were simulated and their results were compared. The simulated results were in good agreement with the experimentally measured ones, implicating they are helpful for optimization of the vehicle anticollision safety design.
