| Abstract: | Through analyzing the characteristics of diesel engines and the proper matching between the drawworks' transmission gear distribution and the rig's lifting speed range, the author presents some opinions and methods for evaluating and properly designing the drawworks'transmission and conducts an investigation into the approach to raising the utilization factor of the engine power. |
