| 摘 要： | 本文从自组织理论的新视角探讨区域性企业信息化系统发展演化的内在规律，提出了区域性企业信息化自组织系统的概念，阐述了其本质，并分析了区域性企业信息化自组织系统的形成条件。通过本文的研究，力求在区域性企业信息化的总体技术和推进模式研究领域中开拓新的思路。
