| 摘 要： | 提出了建立可视化计量管理信息系统的总体思路和具体方案 ,它将数据和地图有机地结合起来 ,即在地理信息系统 (GIS)的平台上 ,去实现管理信息系统 (MIS)的功能 ,更能满足企业对计量仪表的实际管理需求 ,使用户根据系统所提供的完整计量数据和实时现场工况 ,去调度生产 ,调整操作 ,实现真正意义上的成本核算 ,不仅提高了决策能力和管理水平 ,还会带来可观的经济效益

| Abstract: | The total route and specific project of the construction of the Video Measurement Management Information System was proposed. It organically combined data with geography. On the GIS platform, MIS function was implemented. It met real management requirement for measure meters in enterprises. According to total measure data and real-time situation which system afforded, users commanded production, adjusted operation, implemented real cost keeping. The decision-making ability and management level was improved. Economic benefit was significantly obtained. |
