| 摘 要： | 介绍一种利用nRF2401无线通信模块实现PLC间数据无线传输的方法，可使生产现场的PLC灵活布置．并节省布线成本。该系统设计是针对西门子S7—200PLC，单片机从PLC获取现场数据．再将数据传输到nRF2401以实现无线通信，由此实现PLC之间的无线数据传输。经试验表明：该无线通信控制器可在9m范围实现PLC间数据的无线传输。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a design of controller that wireless communication is based on nRF2401 in PLC,which makes setting PLC convenient,and saves the line cost.In order to realize wireless communication in PLC,MCU receives datas from S7-200 PLC,then transmits them to the nRF2401.The experimental results show the controller realizes wireless communication from a PLC to another in nine meters. |
