| 摘 要： | 本文提出了飞机三维AO(装配大纲)的思想,并详细讨论了其实现的方法及技术。AO即装配指令,是工艺部门根据工程设计的要求,工厂现有的工艺水平和质量保证的要求,编写的指导生产的工艺文件。该三维AO系统,能提高工艺人员编制AO的效率,能更好的表达其所包含的工艺信息,有利于指导工人,提高飞机装配效率,同时能帮助管理人员对生产现场的装配流程进行实时控制。该三维AO系统的实现是通过对DELMIA中的DPE进行客户化定制,在DPE中完成AO文档的编制并传入PDM系统进行流程管理,最后并通过厂内局域网发布。

| Abstract: | The paper puts forward the idea of three-dimensional AO and researches the method of implementing it. The system of three-dimensional AO can assist the technologist to improve the efficiency of planning process, it also can illustrate the information of process which includes in AO more perspicuity and guide the worker understand the process more clearly, at the same time, it can assist managers control the flow of assembly process in workshop at every moment.
