石墨炉原子吸收法测定地质样品痕量金的不确定度评定

摘    要:依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(指南),对石墨炉原子吸收法测定痕量金的结果进行了不确定度评定。文中分析了测量过程中的不确定度来源,包括样品的不均匀性、样品称量、溶液制备、金标准溶液及仪器测定引入的不确定度,提供了引入不确定度参数的采集和计算方法。对各不确定度分量进行分析计算,合成标准不确定度,并根据95%置信概率下的扩展因子,得到了测量结果的扩展不确定度。

Abstract:Based onEvaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,the uncertainty in measurement results of trace gold in geological samples by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry is evaluated. Analysis on the sources of uncertainty is carried out,including sample heterogenicity,sample weighting,solution preparation,measurement equipments,ect.The collecting and calculating method is proposed for the uncertainty expression parameters.The standard uncertainty can be synthesized with the uncertainty components.The extended standard uncertainty can be obtained from the standard uncertainty multiplied by expanded factor under the confidence level of 95%.
