The Trilamina Method of Non Plug Solid Conveying in Single screw Extruder

Based on the non plug solid conveying phenomenon in single screw extrusion,a trinomial equation for output pressure decrease was deduced by the trilamina method of non plug solid conveying and stress velocity equation.The effect of friction coefficient on the maximum output was discussed and the relation of output at the solid conveying zone of the single screw extruder with the pressure decrease at the end was analyzed.It was shown that the pressure and the output at the solid conveying zone of the extruder could be well simulated and calculated by the trilamina method,and this method was easy for operatioon and high in precision,being available in practice.
