小型凝胶渗透色谱净化系统在农残检测中的应用

摘    要:本文对小型凝胶渗透色谱净化(GPC)系统在农残检测中的应用进行研究,优化净化条件,包括净化柱选择和不同流动相比较。样品采用乙腈-乙酸乙酯混合溶剂均质提取,经GPC净化后由气质联用仪(GC-MS)检测。采用规格为2.0mm×150mm的GPC净化柱,流动相为环己烷-乙酸乙酯(1:1),流速0.1mL/min,单个样品净化时间在10min以内,溶剂用量不到常规GPC消耗量的10%,样品处理效率提高2~4倍。本方法平均加标回收率74.67%~109.20%,方法重现性良好,解决常规GPC净化应用中溶剂消耗量大的实际问题,可达到更为环保的效果。

Abstract:The application of gel permeation chromatography(GPC) to the analysis of pesticide residues was studied.The clean up experimental parameters were optimized.Extraction of the pesticides with mixture of acetonitrile and ethyl acetate was carried out.The extracts were cleaned up by GPC and detected by GC-MS.Sample clean up time was less than 10min with a flow rate of 0.1mL/min when using 2.0mm×150mm GPC clean up column and cyclohexane-ethyl acetate(1:1) mobile phase.The sample preparation time was shorted to 2 to 4 times,with less than 10% solvent consumption comparing to normal GPC.The average recovery rate was between 74.67% and 109.20% with high reproducibility.The problem of high solvent consumption in normal GPC clean up was resolved.
