摘    要:本文从工程实际出发,针对挠性陀螺的具体结构,计算了陀螺非稳态温度场,并分析了影响温度场的诸因素.不仅为陀螺的温控设计和热补偿提供了理论依据,且对陀螺热设计有指导作用.

Abstract:Heating process and temperature field influence the gyro preparing time and its accuracy. The determination of temperature field quite difficult technically. In recent years steady temperature field has been analyzed by FEN (finite element method). Research papers on unsteady temperature field, which is studied in this paper, have not yet been found in the open literature. For those parts of gyro, where the main form of heat transfer is convection, the author proposes, as a good approximation, the Concept of equivalent thermal condictivity. This simplifies the thermal model of the structurally complicated gyro into one with the thermal conductivity as the only form of heat transfer. The author beliveres that this model is proposed for the first time. A practical method for determining the thermal conductivity coefficient is given: the author starts from theoretically estimated values and adjust them suitably with the aid of experimentally determined values. Experimental results show that the proposed thermal model is sufficiently satisfactory. At present the usual engineering practice is to study temperature field experimentally, but the results are rather unsatisfactory. Different from such practice, the author takes the above-mentioned model to analyze the factors that influence gyro temperature field: the internal thermal souree, the heating control (including heating form, positions of heating elements), the package structure, the parameters, environment, ets. The author's analysis gives quite satisfactory resulst.
