摘    要:以膨胀珍珠岩和铝硅合金(AlSi12)为原料,采用渗流法制备膨胀珍珠岩-泡沫铝复合材料,研究该材料的压缩和弯曲性能,并在此基础上计算材料的吸能能力和吸能率。结果表明:该材料的抗压强度为26.21~29.60MPa,抗弯强度为22.16~34.83 MPa,最大吸收能量为23.06~34.31 MJ/m3,最大吸能率72.8%~77.2%;小粒径(2 mm)膨胀珍珠岩样品的综合力学性能优于大粒径(3 mm)膨胀珍珠岩样品。

Abstract:Expanded perlite-foam aluminum have been prepared by squeeze infiltration from AlSi12 and expanded perlite.The compression and flexure properties were tested and cataloged.The energy absorption capacity(W) and efficiency(E) of syntactic foams is calculated from the stress-strain curve.The results indicate that expanded perlite-foam aluminum behaves compressive strength(26.21~29.60 MPa) and flexing resistance(22.16~34.83 MPa),their energy-absorbing capacity can reach 23.06~34.31MJ/m3,their energy absorption efficiency can reach 72.8%~77.2%.The compressive strength and energy absorption properties of the foam containing small expanded perlite(2 mm) are better than those containing big expanded perlite(3 mm) particles.
