摘    要:在机组设备一定的条件下,优化运行参数是降低供电煤耗的重要手段。通过对单元发电机组现状进行试验和分析研究,完成了与机组分散控制系统集成的运行优化控制和指导系统,通过不断优化参数即减少机组运行中的可控损失,使机组始终处于相对经济的状态下运行,证明了单元发电机组在不进行设备改造的情况下,通过运行调整,也能够达到明显降低供电煤耗的目的。

Abstract:It is crucial for coal consumption reduction to optimize the operation parameters under given specific conditions.Based on the test and analysis of power generation unit,the control and instruction system for operation optimization was established to integrate with DCS.The units can always be operated under the relatively economic conditions by optimizing the parameters,i.e.reducing the controllable loss during the unit operation.The practical operation shows that the coal consumption for power supply can be reduced greatly only by means of operation regulation without any retrofitting on power generation units.
