颜料H122中间体多聚磷酸的测定

摘    要:根据磷酸根在酸性介质中能与沉淀剂喹钼柠酮形成沉淀的原理,采用加盐酸和少量水使颜料中间体多聚磷酸全部水解转化成正磷酸,然后用喹钼柠酮重量法测定、计算。该法准确度、精确度高而且简便,是颜料生产中测定中间体多聚磷酸的一种快捷的方法。

Abstract:In acid medium, phosphoric acid radicals will form precipitant with QMCA. Based on this principle by adding small ammount of water and hydrochloric acid, the remaining part of pigment intermediate-polyphos phoric acid is made hydrolysed and transformed into n-phosphoric acid. Then determination and calculation are performed by QMCA weight method. Since this method is high in accuracy and precision as well as easy to operate it has become a rapid method for determination of intermidiate polyphosphoric acid in production of pigments.
