一种新型动态称重系统

摘    要:应用动态测量原理对系统进行了分析,设计了基于总线的动态称重系统。硬件设计使用电阻应变片式传感器、∑-△型转换器、单片机、液晶显示器、以及目前应用比较广泛的以总线构建底层生产线网络;软件使用Keil c51语言和汇编语言,在Keilμ Vision2环境下对系统进行编程。设计方案经仿真调试表明,可实现系统的智能化、实时化和网络化。

Abstract:The paper introduced dynamic weighting system based on CAN bus.The dynamic measurement principle is applied to carry on the analysis and design the system.In the hardware design,it includes the sensor,A/D converter,single microcomputer,LCD and CAN bus.In the software design,it uses the Keil C51 language and the assembly language,programming under the Keil μ Vision2 environment.By debugging and simulation,it has been verified correctness and effectiveness.
