| 摘 要： | 本文重点介绍了一种充分利用网络资源达到高清远程协同定损效果的系统及方法。系统采用新的视频压缩技术，并让多名专家参与协同定损，从而达到高清鉴定受损车辆，缓解定损理赔过程中的各种矛盾，提高定损效率的效果。本文从系统构架、功能及特色三个方面，详细介绍了这一远程高清协同定损系统。

| Abstract: | This paper provided the system and method of HD remote collaborative estimation with the full use of network resource. The system uses the new technology of video compression and many experts estimate collaboratively. Then, it is introduced that the system reduced the dispute and improved the efficiency of the estimation based on HD Video effect. This paper described the system in detail from the system architecture, function and characters. |
