摘    要:卓越绩效管理模式是一种广泛使用的现代经营管理体系,它有利于软件企业通过综合的组织绩效管理方法,使组织和个人得到进步和发展,提高组织整体绩效能力,为顾客和其他相关方创造价值,使组织持续获得成功。本文通过推进卓越绩效管理模式、推进以顾客为导向追求卓越的经营理念、建立国际领先的IT服务管理体系、构建和完善工程项目管理体系、加快企业转型、关注员工等六个方面,分享了宝信软件在提升企业核心竞争能力方面的成功经验.

Abstract:Excellence performance management model is widely applied as a modern management system, which contributes to help software enterprise to develop organization and individual, improve organization performance, and create value for customer and other stakeholders to make organization successful. The experience of Baosight on improving core competence is shared in this paper by introducing 6 topics such as promoting the excellence performance management model, developing the customer-oriented management philosophy, establishing the international leading IT service management system, building up and perfecting the project management system, speeding up the transformation of the organization, and concentrating on employees.
