| 摘 要： | 建国５０ 年来， 全省建成各类水利工程２３７ 万项。初步形成了以大中型工程为骨干， 蓄、引、提、排、灌基本配套的水利工程体系， 取得了显著的社会效益、经济效益和生态效益， 对全省经济和社会发展起到了重要的支撑和保障作用。

| Abstract: | Over the past 50 years, 237 thousands water conservancy projects are constructed after foundation of the Republic in Jilin province. A water conservancy project system, taking great and mean projects as backbone, taking storage, diversion, lift, drainage and irrigation as complement, is formed preliminary. It obtained notable social, economic and ecological benefit. It playas important support and guarantee part in economy and social development for Jilin province. |
