摘    要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司庆阳石化分公司2006年6月对污水处理系统进行改造,采用CORX一体化污水处理工艺--曝气生物蠕动床工艺,曝气生物蠕动床分9级,每级采用下进水上出水逐级溢流方式布水,在进水管顶部设篦子,下部水平管采用穿孔管进行配水,池内安装载体两层.系统投运后,通过好氧微生物降低污水中的BOD和氨氮,结束了污水处理长期不达标的局面.

Abstract:In the revamp of the waste water treatment system in Qingyang Petrochemical Company in June, 2006, the CORX integrated waste water treatment process was applied, which adopted aeration biology creeping bed. The creeping bed was divided into 9 stages, and on each stage, the water enters at the bottom and comes out at the top. The water inlet pipe was equipped with double-edged fine-toothed comb and perforated pipes were installed for lower horizontal pipe. After the system came on stream, BOD and ammonia nitrogen were reduced by aerobic microorganism and treated water met the specifications.
