絮凝-氧化-吸附法联合处理邻硝基苯胺生产废水

摘    要:采用絮凝-氧化-吸附法联合处理邻硝基苯胺生产废水,用硫酸亚铁作絮凝剂,过氧化氢作助氧剂,温度为70 ̄80℃,通氧或鼓空气氧化3 ̄4h,然后用CHA101树脂吸附处理,原废水CODCr为5200mg/L,色度为16000,处理后废水CODCr降至80mg/L以下,色度降至40以下。

Abstract:The wastewater from the production of o-nitro phenyl amine was treated by the method of coagulation-oxidization-adsorption, using ferric sulfate as a coagulant and hydrogen peroxide as an oxidization aid as well as adopting the adsorption process with CHA101 resin, the COD Cr and colority of raw wastewater with 5200mg/L of COD Cr and 16000 of colority can lower to below 80 mg/L and 40 respectively.
