蘑菇提取物对食品腐败抑制及抗菌活性的研究

摘    要:蘑菇经70%丙酮浸提,正丁醇萃取,经HPLC-20柱层析,用不同浓度乙醇梯度洗脱、浓缩、冷冻干燥后得物质A、B、c、D、E、F。研究表明:A、B、c、D、E、F都具有抑菌及防腐性,且随添加浓度的增加而作用效果增强。D、E对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普雷沃菌、具核梭杆菌抑制效果及食品的防腐强于其它的洗脱组分。

Abstract:Agricus bisporus, being soaked with 70% acetone, extracted with n-butanol, analyzed with HPLC-20 column, purged with ethands of different concentration ; then, followed by condensation and drying process, specimens marked as A, B,C, D, E and F were prepared. Experimental data bespoke that, the above six specimens all possesse rot curbing and antibacterial activity effects to a degree,the effects become more obuious with the increase of their consentration, whilst, D and E have inhibitory effect on Pg, Pi and Fn,their anti-bacterial activity is also higher than the other 3 specimens.
