高速走丝线切割数控机床断丝监测系统的设计

摘    要:高速走丝电火花线切割加工过程中经常出现断丝现象,断丝不仅会因为穿丝而降低加工效率,还会因为重复切割导致加工精度下降。从断丝的根本原因入手,通过全面分析加工中各种因素对断丝的影响,提出了一种基于DSP和GPRS的高速走丝线切割数控机床断丝的监测系统的设计。该监测系统结构简单,测量精确度高,有效地减少了损失,提高了加工效率。

Abstract:Filament break often occurs during working process of high speed wire cutting machine. It will not only cause the failing of work efficiency for the reason of pulling on the filament but also cause the falling of the machining precision because of repeated cutting. This paper roundly analyzes the factors' effect on the filament break from the essential reasons. It designs a filament breaks monitoring system based on GPRS and DSP in Wire Electrical Discharge Machining. This monitoring system has simple structure,high precision, can reduce wasting and advance work efficiency.
