摘    要:简要介绍了DN-2500型凉水塔运行中出现的主要故障(淋水系统堵塞、填料结冰破碎等),并分析了故障原因。在不改变原设计条件下,通过更换填料、改变喷头形式、优化配水系统等方法,提高了凉水塔的综合性能。

Abstract:The main faults of DN-2500 cooling towers, such as blockage of sprinkling system, icing of packing and so on were briefly introduced, and the causes were analyzed. When the conditions of the original design were not changed, the comprehensive performance of the cooling towers was improved by replacing the packing, changing the style of the sprinkler head, and optimizing the water distribution system.
