| 摘 要： | 在城市水资源紧缺以及城市雨水利用技术快速发展的背景下，提出编制雨水利用规划的必要性及其现实意义。在简要分析我国城市雨水利用规划现状的基础上，探讨了现阶段城市雨水利用规划中存在的一些问题，并针对这些亟待解决的问题提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The necessity and actual significance of developing a rainwater utilization plan were put forward under the condition of the shortage of urban water resources and the rapid development of urban rainwater utilization technology. Based on analyzing the present status of urban rainwater utilization plan in China, some problems existing in the current urban rainwater utilization plan were discussed, and some suggestions for these problems to be solved urgently were given. |
