| Abstract: | Taking the contract terms of water price adjustment during licensed operation period of investment project for the Guiyang Xiaohe Wastewater Treatment Plant and the practical operation as example, the risk and avoidance modes in investment projects for WWMP were analyzed. It was discussed how the investment projects can reach the win-win objective of the government and the enterprise by adjusting water price. |
