摘    要:嘉兴南门水厂将原普通砂滤池改造为活性炭/砂双滤料滤池,进入稳定运行期后活性炭/砂滤池可削减氨氮负荷0.70~1.30mg/L,对CODMn的去除率为15%~22%,对锰的去除率≥90%,均远高于原普通砂滤池,而制水成本仅增加约0.025元/m^3。实践证明,强化混凝-生物活性炭/砂双滤料滤池组合工艺是处理低氨氮(〈1.5mg/L)、低CODMn(4~6mg/L)、低锰(〈0.7mg/L)微污染原水的经济性选择。

Abstract:The previous common sand filter was reconstructed into activated carbon/sand filter in Jiaxing Nanmen Waterworks. Under the steady operating condition, the activated carbon/sand filter reduces NH3 - N of 0.70 to 1.30 mg/L, and has higher the removal efficiencies of CODMn and Mn than the previous common sand filter, with 15% to 22% and 90% to 100% respectively, but water treatment cost is increased only by 0. 025 Yuan/m^3. The practice shows that the combined process of enhanced coagulation and biological activated carbon/sand filter is an economic choice for treating raw water polluted by NH3 - N of less than 1.5 mg/L, CODMn of 4 to 6 mg/L, and Mn of less than 0.7 mg/L.
