摘    要:针对高浓度粪便污水在好氧处理过程中产生的大量泡沫会严重影响污水处理系统的运行和出水水质等问题,对泡沫的成因和控制措施进行了研究。结果表明,好氧池中泡沫的产生主要与污水中的溶解性有机物有关,悬浮污泥和胶体物质是形成稳定泡沫的重要因素。增加缺氧反应过程,能减少泡沫的产生量,并能有效控制稳定泡沫的形成。喷洒植物油能够消除泡沫,其经济性较好,且对污水的生物处理效果无负面影响。生产性试验表明,向好氧池中喷洒适量植物油并增加缺氧反应过程是控制泡沫的有效方法。

Abstract:During the aerobic process for high-concentration night soil wastewater treatment, a great deal of foam is produced, and the system operation and the effluent quality are markedly influenced. Aimed at these problems, the forming cause and the controlling measure of the foam were studied. The results show that the foam production in aerobic tank is mainly related to the dissolved organic matter in wastewater. The suspended sludge and colloid substance are important factors forming stabilized foam. Adding anoxic process, the foam quantity can be decreased and the formation of stabilized foam can be controlled effectively. Spraying plant oil can clear off the foam economically, and has no influence on the biological treatment effect. The full-scale experiment result indicates that spraying appropriate amount of plant oil into aerobic tank and adding anoxic process are an effective method to control the foam.
