| 摘 要： | 根据实际生产需要，为减少V型滤池滤后水调节阀的动作频率，采用智能型定位器对蝶阀的流量特性曲线进行校正，同时对PLC程序优化调整，使蝶阀在良好的状态下工作，降低了维护费用，保证了滤池的稳定运行。

| Abstract: | According to the practical production demand, an intelligent positioner was used to correct butterfly valve flow characteristic curve to reduce the action frequency of regulation valve for the filtered water from V-filter, The PLC program was optimized to make the butterfly valve work under the better condition. The maintenance cost is reduced, and the stable operation of V-filter is ensured. |
