酯固化碱性酚醛树脂的游离醛与甲醛释放量测定方法及抗老化研究

摘    要:
提出一种测定酯固化碱性酚醛树脂的游离醛与甲醛释放量的测定方法,并研究了降低碱性酚醛树脂游离醛和甲醛释放量及延长碱性酚醛树脂的贮存有效期的方法.研究表明,降醛剂A和抗老化剂B能有效降低碱性酚醛树脂游离醛和甲醛释放量并延长碱性酚醛树脂的贮存有效期,这对碱性酚醛树脂的生产与应用有较重要的指导意义.

Abstract:
A method to determine free aldehyde and formaldehyde emission of ester cured alkaline phenolic resin was put forward.The methods for reduction of the free aldehyde and formaldehyde emission,which prolong the storage time of alkaline phenolic resin,were studied.The results show that aldehyde-reducer A could reduce the free aldehyde and formaldehyde emission of alkaline phenolic resin and antiaging B could prolong the storage time of alkaline phenolic resin effectively.The study was important for the production and application of alkaline phenolic resin.
