永磁无刷直流电机及其控制

摘    要:无刷直流电机因其高效率、长寿命、低噪声及良好的机械特性等优点,在航空、军事、汽车、办公自动化、家用电器等行业内得到了广泛的应用。本文系统阐述了无刷直流电机的基本结构和工作特点,比较分析了无刷直流电机几种典型的驱动电路拓扑结构。同时,对无刷直流电机的转矩波动抑制、无位置传感器控制、弱磁调速等技术进行了分析。最后,对其应用及未来发展趋势进行了探讨。

Abstract:The permanent-magnet brushless DC motor(BLDC motor) has achieved a brilliant application in aerospace,military,automotive,office automation and household equipment industries,since it has the advantages of high efficiency,long lifetime,low noise and good torque-speed characteristics.The basic structure and operation of the BLDC motor is introduced,and various typical topologies of its driving circuits are also compared.Moreover,the torque ripple reduction,sensorless control,and flux-weakening speed control are investigated.Finally,the applications of BLDC motor are drawn and its development trend is discussed.
