毛/镀银长丝包芯纱织物的抗电磁辐射性能研究

摘    要:采用赛络纺与包芯技术相结合的方式,用羊毛包覆镀银长丝纺制环锭包芯纱,选择合理的结构参数,开发抗电磁辐射精纺面料。选取纱线的捻系数、线密度及织物紧度三个因子进行正交试验,测试纱线强度和伸长以及织物电磁屏蔽效能(屏蔽效能可达50 dB)。试验结果表明,影响织物屏蔽效能的主要因素是纱线线密度,即镀银长丝绝对含量。最终确定纱线线密度为23 tex,捻系数为540,织物紧度为90%。

Abstract:Using the combination of siro core-spun spinning technology and core technology,the silver-plated filament covered by wool was used to spin the core yarn,and then the reasonable process parameters were selected to develop anti-electromagnetic radiation woolen fabric.Yarn linear density,yarn twist factor and fabric tightness were chosen for orthogonal experiments and the yarn physical properties and shielding effectiveness of the fabric were tested.The experimental results showed that the linear density,silver filament absolutely content,is the main influence factor of fabric shielding effectiveness.Finally it is determined that yarn linear density is 23 tex,yarn twist factor is 540 and fabric tightness is 90%.
