摘    要:介绍长岭炼油化工总厂 0 .5 0Mt/a低压组合床重整装置降低催化剂在气体输送管道中磨损率的方法。工程设计中主要有以下 5个措施①尽可能减少管道长度和设计合适的管道走向 ;②选择合适的管道组成件 ;③减少弯头数量和采用大曲率半径弯头 ;④采用特殊管道接口型式 ;⑤对法兰进行特殊处理。工程施工主要从加强检验、改变压力试验介质和对管道进行爆破吹扫以清除其内部铁锈、残余杂质等方面着手 ,结果使装置催化剂的实际磨损率降至 0 .0 865 % ,远低于 4%的设计值。装置运行平稳 ,催化剂粉尘量、碎片量小 ,完全满足工艺要求

Abstract:Methods to decrease the catalyst abrasion rate in gas pipeline in 12000 b/d low pressure combined bed reforming unit of Changling General Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Works are introduced. Measures which have been adopted in the engineering design are as follows: (1) Reducing the length of pipeline as much as possible and making proper design for pipeline routing.(2) Selecting the suitable pipeline components. (3) Reducing the number of bends and adopting large curvature radius bends. (4) Pipelines jointed in special pattern and (5) Making particular treatment on the flange. As for engineering construction, main methods used are strengthening engineering inspection, altering pressure test medium and cleaning the iron rust and impurities in pipeline by explosion blowing. Using all the above mentioned methods, catalyst abrasion rate of the unit has been decreased to 0.0865%, which is much less than the design value 4%. The unit has run smoothly with little catalyst fines and pieces and has met the process requirements.
