| 摘 要： | 通用性设计是目前自动测试系统的发展方向。本文采用新一代测控技术，构建了基于VXI、PCI、GPIB等总线标准，由适配器调理接口、连接器标准接口、总线型开关网络、可视化虚拟功能接口和故障诊断服务接口组成的标准化通用自动测试平台结构。其技术思想和方案对于复杂电子设备的通用检测设备的研制具有广泛指导意义。

| Abstract: | General design represents ATS development now. This paper used the new test technique to build a standard general automatic test platform based on several buses such as VXIbus, PXIbus and GPIBbus.This test platform are composed of adapter switch interface, linker standard interface, switch network, virtual function interface and failure diagnosis server interface.The design idea and precept of this test platform has important guidance for the general test equipments design of the complex electron equipments. |
