摘    要:主要研究不同Cu含量对Co基配方的烧结性能、力学性能及粉料内部结构的影响,通过比较不同Cu含量样品的硬度、抗弯强度、断裂挠度、磨耗比,并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,结果表明添加不同含量的Cu元素对Co基配方的力学性能影响较大,样品的断面形貌分析也显示了配方内部结构变化趋势,通过对比分析,可以利用添加Cu元素的性能变化趋势,开发合理的配方体系。

Abstract:In the paper,it has studied the influences of different Cu contents on sintering property,mechanical property and powder internal structure of Co-based formula.Through comparing the hardness,bending strength,fracture deflection,grinding ratio of samples with different Cu content and combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis,the results show that it has bigger impact on mechanical properties of Co-based formula when adding different content of Cu elements.The section morphology analysis of samples also showed the change trend of formula internal structure.Through comparative analysis,it can be utilized to develop the reasonable formula system.
